Providing focused-management and technical engineering expertise are the combination I bring to leading engineering and trades teams. My history of leadership is proven and can be leveraged for you: 15-years serving as an Engineering leader of ME's, EE's, IE's, PE's, and Test Engineers; assigning capital and plant support projects, developing staff, conducting reviews, and resolving sensitive staff issues 20+ years of machine design and manufacturing support experience (Process control, vision & automated testing, PLC’s, motion control, robotics, OIT/HMI's, PLC's, data collection, etc) 20+ years of consistent, community service in various roles My objectives are straight-forward: 1. Lead strategically, pragmatically, and inspirationally to make a difference 2.
