About Peter Uso

As a Clinical Trial Manager at UC Davis, I lead and oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials in vaccine development. I have over 10 years of work experience in clinical research, with a master's degree from the University of Leeds and certificates in thoracic oncology and clinical trial design from the University of Michigan and Johns Hopkins University. I have successfully managed and delivered multiple clinical studies in various therapeutic areas, including oncology, endocrinology, vaccines, cardiovascular, immunology, rare diseases, dermatology, medical device, and CNS. I have also worked with diverse and international teams and stakeholders, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness of clinical data and deliverables. Some of the core competencies that I bring to every project are electronic trial master file (eTMF), contract research organization (CRO), case report form (CRF), monitoring, data management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and report writing. I am passionate about advancing science and improving patient outcomes, and I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
