With over 6 years of experience in the banking IT sector, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver high-quality and reliable services for OTP Bank, the largest commercial bank in Hungary. I am committed to supporting the bank's mission of providing innovative and customer-centric solutions, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams across the organization. As the Head of IT Operations, I lead a team of IT app operators who are responsible for the systems that support the core Instant Payment System and the central Fraud Prevention System. I oversee the development and implementation of the continuous monitoring system and provide operational and coordinating support for urgent service issues. I also negotiate service level agreements with customers and providers, and monitor key performance indicators for service provision. Additionally, I provide technical support and guidance for employees in any related role. I leverage and continuously improving my skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bank's critical systems.
