As an Operations Manager at A Wider Circle, I use my interpersonal skills and passion for helping clients in need to oversee the daily operations of the organization. I have been working at A Wider Circle for over five years, starting as a Inventory Coordinator and advancing to my current role in September 2023. I am responsible for managing the staff, volunteers, donors, and partners, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our services, and implementing strategies to increase our impact and reach. I also have a background in wildlife science, which I applied as a Wildlife Technician at Xceptional Wildlife Removal, where I handled wildlife removal and prevention projects for residential and commercial clients. I have developed skills in operations management, client relations, project coordination, and problem-solving, which I leverage to support A Wider Circle's mission of ending poverty and creating opportunities for individuals and communities. I am motivated by the vision of a more equitable and inclusive society, where everyone has access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
