Imagine using equations, standard employee/business data and historical patterns to reveal the components necessary for success. All of that can be accomplished through statistics and workforce analysis. My approach to the human capital field is from an analytic lens, using mathematics and simple decision-based observations of sociological/anthropological/economic subjects that effect the everyday actions of a workforce. I apply statistics and logical analysis of business and economic trends to maximize workforce utilization. My approach spans from small scale designed experiments to large scale data mining projects, which is used to identify risks and increase engagement, ultimately creating competitive advantages in talent acquisition, talent management, communications, diversity and inclusion, compensation and strategic planning. I am interested in continuous learning of predictive and workforce analytics and how the application of each shapes and leads to the creation of strategy and the future of our global workforce.
