It was high volume, high speed, and the ultimate crash course in communication. I learned how to connect with people fast, stay calm under pressure, and turn silence (or worse) into opportunity. From there, I moved into Managed Services IT, where I shifted into full-cycle sales. No more hand-offs — now I was leading the charge from first conversation to closed deal. It gave me a deeper understanding of what makes businesses tick and how to solve real, complex problems that actually mattered to my clients. Today, I’m in the security space at The Protection Bureau, helping organizations protect what matters most: their people, property, and operations. It’s serious work — and I take it seriously — but I’ve never stopped being that person at the front desk who just wants to make things a little better for someone.
