About Peter Westbrook

Peter developed management and quality expertise in various roles up to director level and via his extensive consultancy and training expertise. His specialties include, facilitating strategic collaborations (using ISO44001-formerly helping organisations to innovate, change management, strategic development, building cross organisational teams in multi stakeholder projects, process re-engineering / improvement, benchmarking, balanced scorecard, quality and ISO 9001, and acting as a 'central knowledge hub' to a large network of specialists. Peter founded an independent consultancy (Key Performance Limited) in 1996, to deliver highly regarded business improvement projects and training. He is also a director of Informal Networks Limited, focussed on social network analysis of informal networks, sustainable change. He initiated and helped develop a strategic 'Future Proofing' approach, called '4Sight', to help organisations review their business models. He is also a business mentor and growth coach to a number of SMEs. He is prter in MGBA (Midland Group Business Advisors). Projects include; helping several organisations achieve A lead expert in process improvement for a very large tax organisation, EFQM Excellence self Assessment of a very large communications organisation, Benchmarking for a large multi-faceted shared service organisation, Facilitation of a key strategic and very political, high profile infrastructure project, team building and regular facilitating of senior management teams,culture change of a business critical group in a very high profile organisation, initiating/leading various business wide improvement projects, provision of specialised trainers to a large oil company, business critical customer interviews or workshops as part of a wider surveys.
