About Peter White

Great software serves the real-world needs of customers. Those customers might be external, end-users, or internal teams of software developers who need ongoing feedback about their works-in-progress, or both. In order for all customers to be well served, it is critically important to initiate and maintain clear channels of communication between product designers, software developers, QA engineers, and end-users, from project inception to project completion. Failures of software quality are often due to misunderstandings and vagueness in the software requirements and specifications, resulting from failures in communication, rather than being due to an isolated piece of code overtly failing to meet requirements.
