As a community builder and leadership development educator, I work to build inclusive community to help students find a sense of belonging so they can thrive holistically inside and outside the classroom. Within these communities, I empower diverse student leaders by encouraging them to create their own individual leadership identities in alignment with their passions, while building connections to learn across difference. I encourage and challenge students to enact their unique leadership styles in pursuit of their visions for a better world through civic engagement to create a more communal and just world.
