An accomplished General Manager with strong commercial and engineering experience gained locally and internationally within contract service environments. Throughout my leadership career I have successfully managed single and multi-site businesses that often required significant operational and organisational change to sustainably improve business performance. I strategically plan, execute, and drive business growth / improvement to deliver a forecasted commercial outcome, but do so with and through my team. Always creating an environment in which my team are challenged to grow and develop their talents to meet the needs of the business, and accept accountability. I have held senior leadership roles across a broad range of businesses involved in Commercial Laundry Operations, Manufacturing Operations, Steelworks Services and Mining Auxiliary Services. I am acknowledged for particular skills and experience in “turning around” underperforming businesses and developing strong client relationships
