With over 8 years of experience in the construction industry, I am an ambitious and driven Managing Director at Laydex Building Solutions, the leading supplier of a wide range of products and materials to the Builders Merchant, Roofing and Specialist Product sectors in Ireland. I have a strong background in finance and business development, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with one of the Big Four firms and worked as a Commercial Analyst for the Perform Group in Australia and New Zealand. I have a proven track record of delivering growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction for Laydex and its world-class partners, such as DuPont™ Tyvek®, PermaBase®, Renolit and Bond It Building Chemicals. As the Managing Director, I am responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and financial management of Laydex, overseeing a team of dedicated and talented individuals. I am heavily involved in the promotion and distribution of our market-leading products, building strong relationships with builders merchants and specialist contractors nationwide. I also leverage my skills in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and valuation to support the decision-making and planning processes for the Business. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team that shares my vision of providing innovative and sustainable solutions for the construction industry.
