About Peter Wukowits

My passion and interest are people & technology. Based on that I deeply believe that value for society´s and companies can be created based on future oriented technology not only for people but also for sustainability and health. In my different roles and responsibilities during my career I had been able to learn together with great people different aspects how you can grow business in a sustainable way. I am currently leading business for a large geographical territory in Europe and Central Asia and appreciate a lot the multicultural dimension of this emerging area. During my journey I had the opportunity to learn a lot about Sales, Strategy, Project Execution, R&D as well as Building and Integrating multicultural organizations and teams in new strategic framework but also during M&A situations. My key learning I can sum up in 3 major topics: 1. Purpose and team work is the driving force of human´s and a generating competitive advantage 2. Understanding the political and regulatory framework as well as technological trends are key for strategy creation 3. Strategy and to know what we do and what we do not do is important to create a clear guidance and vision for organizations
