As an HR leader at USI Insurance Services, I leverage my strategic leadership and consultation skills to enhance organization performance and facilitate change. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have a deep understanding of human capital strategies and data analytics, which I use to align solutions with business goals. I am also passionate about developing early career talent and improving diversity representation within the business. As the Early Talent Manager for the Career Track Talent Acquisition organization, I have successfully led initiatives that have improved the talent pipeline and increased diverse representation within our businesses. Additionally, I partner with senior leaders to identify operational inefficiencies and implement human capital initiatives that drive improved business results.
