I have 17+ years’ experience with progressive organisations and complex products across financial services, telecommunication, energy utilities and professional services industries. This includes deep experience working throughout the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, from user and pain-point identification, through to use case gathering, persona creation (including VOC), user experience design, implementation and success realisation.Due to my diverse background in product management, customer experience, management consulting, and project delivery, I’m able to provide a unique results and solution focused approach, coupled with my “out of the box thinking”, in delivering tangible business outcomes.
