Highly accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience who has held leadership positions in business management, research, investment management, and financial technology and services. Peter’s diverse professional background includes pioneering research in equity factor risk modeling and market risk measurement, business turnaround experience, and innovation in research management design. Among his accomplishments, Peter is most proud of his ability to recruit, motivate and retain investment and technical teams of varying sizes. Most recently, Peter was the Global Head of Research and Product Development at MSCI. He was also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Prior to assuming this position, he spent over four years leading MSCI’s Analytics business. His Blue Chip background includes Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. At Goldman, Peter held the role of Managing Director, Head of Risk, and a member of the leadership team for their Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) business. QIS was a $75B investment complex. He is experienced working with Boards, and is available for select Board engagements.TURNAROUNDS• At MSCI, doubled profit margins and grew revenue while leading a turnaround for the Analytics business.
