Over 28 years of organizational and business experience that goes beyond being technology focused as my official job titles may suggest. Along with experience leading in a technology environment I have had the opportunity to be involved on business administrative teams where I have gained broader business skills and a greater understanding of business operations. I have been entrusted to support company Ethics and Compliance responsibilities, even though it was outside of my defined job duties. I've been exposed to Board of Director and other company governance meetings. I have been an active member of many teams leading business projects where the total project budget ranged from to $35+ million, with the primary responsibility to manage the IT portion of the projects. When I sit on committees or teams, I actively participate to contribute to the overall effectiveness and outcome. I have been relied upon to bring people together to collaborate and accomplish business objectives.
