I'm a software professional with 20 years of experience - from coding scrappy PoCs to leading teams and driving complex customer projects. I’ve been in the trenches and in the boardroom. I enjoy both. I lead with vision but stay grounded in delivery. Knowing the business, focusing on user value, and staying ahead of the curve without chasing every hype cycle - that’s how I operate. It’s easy to get excited by new tech and lose the product. It’s just as easy to play it safe and fall behind. The hard part is finding the balance, and that’s where I focus. I have hands-on experience with GenAI, on both the UX and backend side. I enjoy combining practical engineering with long-term product thinking. The "how" changes every day - but users, their needs, and what makes a product great haven’t changed much. I let my work and results speak for themselves. Time is the best judge.
