Currently on position of Strategic Accounts Executive I’m influencing leader with strategic and systematic thinking able to understand details of the technical solutions and still be focused on the overall company goals. I’m Tribe Lead, Product Manager and Architect, Product Owner managing and coordinating delivery of several product cross-platform (mobile, WEB) and cross business area - delivered by 14+ dedicated cross-functional IT teams. With my broad leadership, business and technical experience I can define processes, design solutions aligned with customer expectation and strategy decision as well as help the people grow and perform in their roles. My passion is to lead people to unlimited yet system thinking about the responsible area and actual challenges they face. My strength are technologies and their integration into the values delivery for the customers. I can see innovative solutions there, where the others just buying new systems. I have strong analytical skills and at any assignment represent the true values of ownership. I help to design the Agile transformed company framework following the principles of Goals/Priorities alignment, Values increment maximizing and efficient collaboration. I'm familiar and support Scrum and scaled Scrum (NEXUS) Product delivery, setup standards for agile delivery process unite the flexibility of Agile thinking and delivery with systematic approach within large company standards and maximum transparency of prioritization and delivery process. Every day I want to learn something new. Everything is for me always at the starting point for improvement.
