About Petr Kadlec

What I have done: 45+ years of all-kinds-of-projects work (more than 90 projects), • including more than 30 years in management consulting • during 6 of them the top strategic consulting experience • the last 23 years focusing on innovative highly effective approaches to people development (learning and knowledge/skill development in real change project conditions including neuroscience-based coaching) Before all that, during 15 years of IT experience in the 70s and the 80s, I learned a lot of system thinking, structures, and business rules and adopted a broad view and thinking in context and consequences. After finishing the postgraduate study of applied neuroscience social cognitive neuroscience and people motivation and engagement in the workplace became my primary focus. Who I believe I am: Preferring freedom of thinking and creativity. Inspirational and keen to get inspired. Curious and quick to recognize opportunities. Permanently learning and loving to contemplate. In a great need to be with people. A bit too idealistic, sticking to my values, and very loyal to people whom I value. Realizing that understanding people is the most challenging task with the most attractive reward for all involved and the only way to bring any value to them and to help them fulfil their potential. Adaptable, flexible, and accepting unless my values are endangered. Eager to contribute to the development of wiser life and business approaches, searching for ideas and concepts, that might prevent mankind from clinging to the self-destructive over-consumption, over-production, over-control, and overkill of all but responsibility and respect.
