I manage the strategy of the international company United Registrar of Systems (Holdings). I take care of business development in this TICC (Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance) company. I communicate with multicultural teams at 45 companies worldwide and I lead teams directly in 7 countries around the world. I set up strategies, deal with customers, participate in big tenders, create necessary products, build and coordinate the implementation of teams, set up processes in the company. In the company that I have built from scratch with my partners, we audit for example technical areas in companies, including compliance with legislative requirements. Or, we are being hired to perform various technical audits and inspections. As a third party, we review suppliers or supervise the execution of orders. Thanks to my 20 years of experience in the TICC services I am able to guarantee a highly professional level of our services. The company under my leadership has been steadily growing over years: in number of customers, new markets, employees, external collaborators and turnover. Our customers are already in 100 countries around the world. We manage to compete with large corporations. The total turnover of the holding is around 30 million Eur. In the Czech Republic, we expect to achieve a turnover of 3 million Eur this year, which will significantly increase our share on the Czech market. The group's turnover in Europe is around 9 million Eur. Thanks to my results in the development of the company in the Czech Republic and 6 other markets, I was appointed as Group Business Development Director in 2015. I am now one of the three directors of our global company. I am also responsible for Corporate Identity. I managed to re-brand 5 former brands into new one. I lead the teams in the whole company to do their work effectively. I aim to do what we all do every day in a 'business organization' that aims to profit, with elements of common sense. Together we think about how to “make” a lot out of the few, with added value. To be successful at the client and our services were perceived on the best price / performance ratio. With an international team, we have gained around customers around the world with one product in a very short time. My motto is to think pro-client, it means to think “for customers”.
