About Petr Tarant

I began my career as a newly graduated software engineer. It didn't take long for me to realise that there were many developers better than me🤦‍ So, I decided to follow my heart and change my career towards something I love: design & user experience. As a UX designer, I have nicely combined my passion for design, my talkative personality, and my never-ending curiosity. Additionally, I am still a trained developer with an analytical mind 🧑‍. Therefore, I am able to discuss with developers where the leaking pipes are and what obstacles lie on the road that need solving. My always positive personality, communication skills, and ability to motivate people organically lead to leadership positions. Currently, I’m in charge of several teams covering the complete user experience, from user flows, scenarios, and requirements gathering to high-fidelity product design, design systems and content creation, including documentation and UX writing.
