I am an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer, an executive with over 30 years of experience in the local and global management of people and organisation. My international leadership personality is characterised by emphatic and pragmatic human resources responsibility, a deep understanding of diverse areas of business and a mindset oriented on value and the future. I enjoy taking on strategic and operational challenges and am acknowledged by board members as a capable manager, colleague and sparring partner. Business Transformation and Integration is a passion. My focus is on strategic HR development, talent management at all levels of the company, the advancement of corporate strategy for diversity, equity and inclusion and the optimization of employee performance. In Wintershall Dea my team and I were particularly proud of two projects that we finalized last year. In cooperation with the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation, based in Geneva, we carried out and successfully completed a global equal pay certification process. The development of the repositioning of the employer value proposition and an employer branding campaign was also central to our cooperation with global branding agency in Zurich.
