I have close to 20 years experience in financial sector in various roles. I spent most of my career (15 years) as consultant in the field of bank regulation, supporting institutions in implementing Basel standards and related CRR frameworks for standardized and IRB approach, ICAAP methodology developments and updates, IRRBB framework development, Recovery and Resolution Planning, COREP package developments. Currently I'm Global Change Manager of Portfolio Compliance Group (PCG) Implementation team at BlackRock in Budapest. Based on my professional background I'm highly skilled at: risk management, regulatory advisory, prudential regulation, Basel CRD/CRR, BRRD I/II, recovery and resolution planning, MREL, ICAAP/SREP, IRRBB, capital planning/optimisation, regulatory reporting, management consulting, project management of complex projects with many stakeholders, I have also gained experience in complex technology implementation projects in my roles.Besides all these I have a thorough overview of banking operations, like risk management, underwriting processes, CRM, collection, governance, segment management, business strategy.
