I look at individuals as a whole; I view each person as a multifaceted being in recognizing that our existence extends beyond the physical vessel we inhabit from birth to death. I'm not a fan of calorie counting, scale stepping, or rigid diets. I see you as a whole person, way more than just numbers or how you look in your favorite outfit. I've got a soft spot for exploring new places, whether it's ski-bumming in Colorado, making a spontaneous move to the Big Apple without any pre-visit plans, or even quitting my corporate real estate job to walk the Camino de Santiago in Spain, where I ended up living for a couple of years.
