About Petri Stenberg

Micro and nanofabrication specialist and team builder. With ten-year experience from augmented reality technology. Working history from research, start up, and corporation. Started my career from floor level hands-on manufacturing by developing my own processes using latest nanofabrication tools, found my own nanofabrication company, and having opportunity to be one of the first people in the world on the leading edge of augmented reality. I have excellent understanding and experience managing nanofabrication process ramp up's, working with contractors, and coaching engineer teams to success. I am familiar using lean six sigma methods (BB) leveraging my hands-on experience for large scale fabrication processes. Operation science/factory physics is familiar to me. I have good theoretical understanding on nano-optics based on my education. I’m on my best when working as a bridge between theory, R&D and large-scale fabrication.
