Experienced Chief Business Officer / Business Director with a demonstrated 17 years history of working in the domestic and international business areas on machine manufacturing, renewable energy, energy, oil- and gas energy and HVAC industry sector. Strong competence in business development, process development, general management and especially in sales and marketing management BtoB and BtoC sectors. Focused also to market based management work for R&D, production, material procurement and after sales processes with coaching & active way of working with good social skills. Strong market and product knowledge from manufacturing, real-estate and HVAC sector has been born in result of hard dynamic working and honest interest to practice matter in the field. Fluent English lingual skills with social skills has been big part when creating new relationships in work and in personal life. Worked earlier also in cardboard/packing industry as production foreman for very big team and in production planning which included material procurement functions. Development and project works in production and presentations of those also in international field. When working as production foreman, customer service and sales work was included already even then. In the early stage of work career in the construction device rental company, understanding about produced extra value for the the customer and deeper meaning of customer service was already used to create business and more deals. Keen on practical management with other active people. On free time I like to make multiple sport and spent time in the summer cottage and boating with family.
