About Petros Patitis

With a career in hospitality spanning nearly two decades, I’ve built my journey behind some of the world’s most renowned bars and luxury hotels. Starting in 2005, I’ve had the privilege of working in dynamic hospitality scenes across London, Dubai,Athens and Mykonos. For six years, I was immersed in London’s vibrant bar culture, including a defining chapter at the iconic 69 Colebrooke Row—one of the best bars in the world. From 2021 to 2025, I brought that same passion and expertise to Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai and currently at Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens. Today, I serve as a Laboratory Specialist at Four Seasons Athens, overseeing bar operations across the property. I’m deeply involved in everything from beverage cost control and bar organization to designing signature cocktail menus and curating experiences for high-profile events. Driven by creativity, precision, and a love for hospitality, I strive to elevate the guest experience through every detail poured.
