About Peyman Pardis

Financial services leader with more than 15 years of experience advising Canada’s leading banks, asset and wealth managers, and pension funds. I operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and delivery, focused on helping organizations modernize platforms, evolve operating models, and deliver differentiated client and investment experiences. I bring deep expertise in front-to-back transformations, having led multiple full-scale discovery and implementation efforts across public and private market businesses. From enterprise architecture, platform selection, and AI enablement through integration, rollout, and adoption, I help firms translate ambition into execution by aligning stakeholders, clarifying complexity, and enabling scalable solutions. My approach is rooted in curiosity, structured problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to outcomes. I bring a practical, client-first mindset that balances innovation with execution. I am also experienced in vendor evaluation, M&A integration, and post-deal technology alignment, supporting leadership teams through high-stakes transformations. Before consulting, I spent over five years at two of Canada’s largest banks, gaining firsthand experience navigating internal complexity, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and supporting front-line clients. Today, I leverage that lived industry experience to help firms unlock new frontiers in client engagement, operational excellence, and growth through technology-enabled business outcomes.
