Ability to provide technical specifications, bill of quantities and cost estimation and also prepare the best technical and commercial proposal for tenders of water and wastewater treatment plants regarding the quality of materials, energy consumption, operation and maintenance point of view, according to international Standards (such as AWWA, DIN, BS).
