I bring a unique blend of IT and OT expertise, acting as a bridge between enterprise systems and industrial operations to deliver secure, efficient, and resilient infrastructure. My background includes hands-on experience in core IT functions such as network security, Active Directory management, endpoint support, server configuration, and vulnerability remediation, alongside deep exposure to operational systems like PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation platforms. On the IT side, I’ve worked with tools such as Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco Meraki, Darktrace, and Arctic Wolf to monitor, harden, and maintain network environments. I’ve helped reduce risk by identifying and remediating critical vulnerabilities, improving password policies, and optimizing hybrid infrastructure for uptime and performance. I’ve also supported user-facing systems, resolved tickets efficiently, cleaned up AD structures, and implemented hardware upgrades with cybersecurity best practices in mind. In parallel, I’ve served as a key liaison between the IT department and the Controls System Group, aligning cross-functional goals to support long-term plant infrastructure initiatives. My OT experience includes Function Block Diagram (FBD) programming in Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure, developing and testing PLC communication protocols, building SCADA/ICS solutions using Ignition software, and deploying OT servers for treatment plants and remote pumping stations. I’ve worked across both simulation and live environments to enhance system visibility, connectivity, and operational control. With a mindset shaped by athletics—focused, disciplined, and team-driven—I excel in fast-paced environments where adaptability, communication, and cross-functional collaboration are key.
