As a dedicated desktop support specialist, I’ve built a strong foundation in troubleshooting customer support and day-to-day IT operations overtime, I’ve developed a genuine passion for technology not just fixing issues but understanding how systems work and how they can be improved. I’m now looking to grow beyond the support desk and take on new challenges that allow me to expand my skills in areas like, system administration, networking cloud, technologies, and cyber security. I’m driven adaptable and committed to continuous learning and I’m excited to take the next step in my IT career.Beyond my technical skills in the IT field, I bring a unique blend of leadership work ethic and real-world experience as both a business owner and a Coach. Running my own landscaping company has taught me how to manage operations communicate with clients and deliver reliable high-quality results under pressure. Coaching has strengthen my ability to motivate others building, teamwork and guide people towards our goals together these experience has shaped me into someone who not only understand technology, but also knows how to lead collaborate and bring out the best in those around me.
