After 25 years in the United States Air Force, I feel like I've accomplished a great deal. However, even though I am now retired from active service, I know I can be a crucial part of any organization that wants to succeed and be more efficient with greater job satisfaction. I served as a First Sergeant for over four years, and my responsibility was to take care of the Health, Morale, Welfare, and overall well-being of my Airmen, enlisted, officer, and civilians.
