As an Enterprise Strategic Insights Advisor at Manitoba Hydro during a season of change involving a new provincial government, board of directors, and CEO, my role has been significantly involved in implementing a new strategic plan for Manitoba Hydro to follow for the next 3-5 years. I have developed a comprehensive strategic document outlining the company's reimagined vision, mission, values, goals, strategic process, and objectives. My role has also involved partnering with the digital & technology teams in creating a dashboard for tracking the enterprise goals, objectives, and tasks enhancing progress reporting. What gets measured gets done. Additionally, I work with teams to monitor and enhance Enterprise Performance Management, lead cross-functional planning initiatives to align business unit and divisional plans with Manitoba Hydro’s strategy, build strong relationships to drive strategy execution through enterprise planning, and recommend and implement innovative planning processes using data and analytics.
