I've been working with technology since December 2015 at SalonBiz. I started off as a Tier 1 working in the moment to support clients over the phone and correct any challenges that occurred. Around 2018 then got promoted to Tier 2 to tackle more complicated challenges being reported and others that weren't able to be fixed.
