About Peyton Thiel

I am a graduate from the University of Rhode Island looking to enter the field of data analysis. Ever since a duel-enrollment course high school, statistics has always been a strength and passion of mine, and I decided to take that momentum into my college education. I am extremely fascinated about how in todays society, any industry or field somehow relies on the use of data to make educated decisions to accomplish goals. The fact that it is possible to intertwine hobbies and passions I grew up with (music, sports, etc.) with this career field makes Data Science the perfect calling. With coursework relating to software such as Python, R and SQL, along with heavy interpersonal skills gained from extracurricular experiences, I would love nothing more but to tell stories and aide important decision making at the help of the worlds more important tool.
