About Peyton Watson

I am a 2L at Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where I work as a research assistant for the Associate Dean/Director for the Library and Information Technology Services and serve as secretary of Christian Legal Society.Throughout my undergraduate years at Louisiana State University I gained valuable experience as a congressional intern at the U.S. House of Representatives and as a student worker at the Louisiana Department of Justice, where I assisted with writing, research, and constituent relations. I was also a resident assistant, an active member of various on-campus organizations, and the Vice President of Public Relations for the co-ed business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, while I earned my BS in Marketing. Over the years and through many programs I have developed skills in written communications, constituent relations, legal research, and Microsoft Excel. I am driven by a mission to use my legal knowledge and marketing background to advocate for constitutional rights and individual freedoms on a federal level.
