PG de Beer work experienceI have 18 yrs work experience in a power station electricity generation department working in various positions most recently From 10 June 2019 as Generation controller at Genesis energy NZI have 10 years DCS experience as a coal fired boiler (drum boiler) operator (Unit controller/Generation controller) and turbine driver of 200mw and 270MW.The aux plants include Coolant system for generator stator slots, Hydrogen system for generator cooling, aux cw system, cw system, feedwater system, control oil system, lube oil system, FFP bags system, air and flu gas system with induced draughts and force draught fans.feedwater system which include two 50% electric feedwater pumps and one 100% steam feed driven pump and MBFP- Main boiler feedpumpWher I worked boiler consist of 2 super heaters,6 downcomers, header, water drum, sootblowers, attemperator range, drains system for strategic draining of gaining temperature or press,6 phi type mills 42mw each, each with 4 oil burners of which we are using FO 6 fuel oil.
