I “sold all the fences” in Vegas till there was nothing left to sell;) Now, I have been drafted to the big leagues for the opportunity to advance my career with Taylor Morrison as their Land Development Project Manager. I am experienced in construction and come highly recommended in the Las Vegas Community. I specialized in iron, Fences and Gates. Highly focused in project management for residential & commercial projects. Blessed with the ability to hold a schedule but trained in budgets, estimation, job costing, installation methods, executing construction projects by organizing, planning, and overseeing project tasks, meeting deadlines, equipment management, material procurement, fabrication, powder coating and people management. I helped build the iron and powder coating department in Las Vegas, Nevada for Hirschi Iron and Powder Coating. On my list of accomplishments: I was involved with the high security fence and bollards at the Allegiant Stadium Project, managed the crash rated cable rail on Print Shop, and the permitter security fence and gates on Nikkiso. Certified from Western Nevada College, with a strong administrative background in construction contracts focused Paralegal; certified from University of Nevada, Reno. Member of the Professional Women in Building Council - Southern Nevada.
