Hello there! I'm Pheathur Edwards Jr, a motivated Construction Management major at the University of Southern Mississippi. I am dedicated to honing my skills in construction and project management, with a keen interest in making a tangible impact in the industry. Alongside my academic pursuits, I proudly participate in Track and Field as a Division 1 athlete representing the University of Southern Mississippi. This experience has instilled in me the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, which I consistently apply to excel both on and off the field. Additionally, I am an active member of the Louis Stokes Student Minority Advancement Program (LSMAMP). This organization plays a vital role in promoting diversity, inclusion, and professional development within the construction field. Through LSMAMP, I have had the privilege of collaborating with like-minded individuals, expanding my network, and engaging in meaningful initiatives that create positive change.
