I am a customer-obsessed, data-driven Account Manager, with 5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing and CRM strategies. I am knowledgeable in marketing, UX research and technology. I thrived in fast-paced environments, with a proven track record to meet KPIs. I am proficient in digital advertising platforms and marketing automation tools with the communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. My interest in consumer behaviour and sparked during my Communications & Psychology degree at the University of Hong Kong. My experience in Behavioural Therapy has shaped a customer-centric mindset, and the skills to act on insights, on top of my CRM expertise. I am a proactive learner with full-stack knowledge, with recent completion of a UX Design Certificate and a Software Engineering Diploma at BrainStation to deepen my knowledge of the tech industry.
