A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, I was a recipient of a criminal litigation scholarship, member of the Moot Court Board, Christian Legal Society(secretary), Black Law Student Association (community service officer), and the Race, Gender, and Social Justice Law Journal (acquisition editor). I am a member of the Alabama State Bar. Leading up to this moment I have experience practicing on a limited license in Criminal Court, General Sessions, DUI Court, Felony Court, and Juvenile Court in Knox County and Shelby County. I also have experience as a law clerk in a Civil Defense Law Firm both in Knoxville and Memphis, TN for 3 years. I have litigated two bench trials while serving Juvenile Court in Shelby County. My experience expands to both prosecution and defense law. My goal is to expand my experience in the practice of law and litigation.
