About Phen Chanrath

With over seven years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. I am a seasoned air freight manager and responsible for Airfreight operations and negotiations of airfreight export with carriers and growth in volume of Import and Export traffics at the national level. I’m also support to Sales department and Operational department. I have successfully supervised and coordinated air operations for various clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of their goods. As an air operation supervisor at CEVA Logistics, I was responsible for negotiating contracts, managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and maintaining compliance with regulations. I also contributed to the sales and business development of the company, securing new accounts and increasing revenue. I have a strong background in import /export logistics, having worked as an air import/export supervisor and executive at Worldbridge Int'l (Cambodia) Co, Ltd. I have a bachelor's degree in English for business communication from Pannasastra University and another bachelor's degree in development economics from Norton University. I am fluent in English, Khmer, and Mandarin. I am passionate about providing high-quality service and solutions to my customers and partners. I have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. I am always eager to learn new things and improve my knowledge and skills.
