Executive with international experience in management consulting, commercial finance, fintech, business development, distribution channel development, payments and commercial / small business (SME) credit. Ability to develop and grow businesses ranging from start up businesses to mature business lines within financial institutions. In most recent role, developed a start up distribution channels division within Truist Payments. This resulted in growth from $9MM in annual volume in 2017 to $2.2B in annual volume in 2023. In prior role of managing a mature SME credit portfolio, increased year on year production in 2016 from $550MM to over $1B - while simultaneously increasing average yield by 23 basis points and decreasing losses by 9 basis points. Excellent functional skills, with areas of strength including strategic development, business model design, credit risk management, partnership development, and management. Clients and partners include more than 25 financial institutions located throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa, as well as IFC, EBRD, EU, USAID, UNDP, SECO, and ADB. Ability to work with different cultures and groups of people. Have effectively worked in a number of countries located throughout South East Asia, Central Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Central America and Africa. These regions encompass a variety of cultures, each requiring a very distinct and unique style of management.
