About Phil Biddlestone

During my career I have gained experience managing and supporting the infrastructure of companies which vary in size, from a medium size organization with 600 users and 30 servers, to a large organization of users and over 100 servers. I believe this has have given me invaluable experience at resolving problems at all business levels as well as planning for the future. I'm also well versed in the Incident Managent process and continue to ensure that all issue are resolved within the SLA I possess good lateral thinking and problem solving qualities, as well as a desire to learn and expand my knowledge and skill set. I have acquired varied Microsoft qualifications over the years and continue to keep my certifications current. I also possess the Prince 2 Foundation qualification I am a sociable and enthusiastic person who likes meeting people and have developed good communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels. I am a hard working and ambitious person who likes to put the maximum amount of effort into everything I do. I feel that my “can do – will do” mentality enables me to have a tremendous amount of pride in my job. I enjoy the company of people and my outgoing and friendly nature is suited to working in a team although I am equally effective working on my own. This includes responsive situations or project based scenarios. I am a relaxed person even at the most stressful times and I’ve found in the past that this works to my advantage.
