Currently serving as the Head of Live Action Television Series Development, Scripted and Unscripted, at Mattel, Inc, where I have been leading the content strategy, development and production of various projects based on some of the world's most iconic IP. My team and I cover both comedy and drama genres, as well as TV movies, game shows, and competition series. I have a proven track record of developing and delivering engaging and innovative content that appeals to diverse and global audiences, while leveraging the power and potential of Mattel's brands and franchises. Some recent projects worth noting include HOT WHEELS ULTIMATE CHALLENGE for NBC, PICTIONARY for Fox and CBS stations, the Emmy Winning MONSTER HIGH movie series for Nickelodeon and Paramount+ as well as the BARBIE DREAMHOUSE CHALLENGE for HGTV. Before joining Mattel, I spent eight years at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, as Vice President, Current Programming, where I supervised and collaborated with numerous high-profile creative talent and internal teams on a wide range of scripted series, both domestic and international. Some of the notable shows I managed include MR. MAYOR, ZOEY'S EXTRAORDINARY PLAYLIST, LA BREA, TRIAL & ERROR, MANIFEST, THE BLACKLIST, WILL & GRACE, and UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT to name a few. Prior to NBC I served led the development of all Live Action scripted television efforts at the Disney Channel where I developed over a dozen successful multi-camera comedies. Notable projects include GOOD LUCK CHARLIE, AUSTIN & ALLY, JESSIE, KC UNDERCOVER, LIV & MADDIE and DOG WITH A BLOG. I also led our international scripted series development efforts, where I adapted existing Disney Channel series for regional and cultural specificity. I have a deep seeded relationships across the business, an extensive background in television production in all facets, web-based content production, creative direction, project management and a passion for storytelling, character creation and making truly memorable, high quality content.
