About Phil Bridge

I seek challenge and can take that from wherever it comes and in whatever form it comes. My Career has spanned multi-discipline environments from manufacturing to military service, technical instruction, and software. I’ve operated largely in the telecommunications domain and have been in engineering management for most of my career. I’ve been extremely privileged to have worked for the best-in-class organisations in all sectors I’ve been involved in and have been proud to have contributed to their successes, whether that was in engineering telecommunications solutions in areas of conflict, developing and delivering detailed engineering principles training to a world-wide audience, or ensuring delivery of high quality world-leading software solutions to tier 1 telecommunications providers. I currently manage multiple software several development teams that operate remotely and span 3 time zones. I take pride in developing people, it’s one of the privileges I’ve had throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to further the careers of those I have been responsible for, leveraging the skills I’ve learnt across the broad domains I’ve engaged with to help people understand their strengths and go further than they thought they could. My engagement over multiple areas means I’ve developed effective transition methodologies, taking each next step up with the flexibility needed to engage with the requirements and become effective in role.
