Utilizing a combination of learning analytics and advanced technology, we're able to create scalable learning experiences that are perfectly aligned with organizational goals. This, coupled with my role as the Global Chair for Medidata's Mental Inclusion and Neurodiversity Business Resource Group, speaks to my dedication to create an inclusive and supportive work environment. Previously, as a Learning Designer II for ASM Research, my efforts were instrumental in enhancing workforce skills and client service across various federal and public sector clients. This involved directing the creation of a wide range of instructional materials, ensuring they adhered to adult learning principles and organizational objectives. The training solutions I spearheaded were known for their engaging content and innovative delivery methods which made a measurable impact on our clients' operations.
