With over 20 years of experience in the data center industry, I have a proven track record of delivering comprehensive solutions and a first-class customer experience to some of the world's top brands. I hold a CDCMP® certification and a Business Law Certificate from Cornell Law School, demonstrating my expertise and credibility in the field. As a TAM, I focus on a core set of Hyperscale & Wholesale customers, solving data center complexities using technologies and analysis with BMS telemetry data. I also establish strong relationships and communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs and goals.
