I have worked with Oracle HCM since 1998. Prior to becoming an Oracle HCM consultant, I worked for 6 years with Oracle Corporation where I was a Product Manager for the Compensation Workbench and Oracle Advanced Benefits modules. I have been working as an implementation consultant for these modules since 2004. I primarily serve as the lead functional consultant or subject matter expert.
