As a senior sales consultant I have been responsible for speaking with clients and potential customers to help them learn about the Sales Consultant’s company, products and services. My duties have included but have never been limited to, meeting with clients, explaining how the company’s products or services function and providing training for the product or service. I have had the pleasure of conducting presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products. Establishing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Discovering customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products. Proficient in Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area. Using promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them. Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products. I also have much experience in the field of writing. I was published in the NCUR (National Conference on Undergraduate Research) Journal in 2009 with the title "Young Black Males: A Critical Analysis Determining What Makes Black Males Successful or Unsuccessful” Along with research, I have been featured in NXUPMAG.com for the topic of Relationship Advice.
